Labyrinth Mindfulness and Meditation Walks offer a unique meditative experience of present moment awareness created by walking a labyrinth or using a beautifully carved handheld labyrinth with our trained facilitator. Walking the curved path into and out of a labyrinth is a time-honored, self-nurturing way to discover peace at the center of all things. Sessions are available by appointment.
