Eagle Valley Family Practice (EVFP) has been a part of the Eagle and Gypsum community for more than 25 years. Our providers are dedicated family physicians who strive to care for people of all ages and with a variety of health care issues. It is our goal to provide the most up-to-date, personal, holistic, and comprehensive medical care we can possibly provide to you and your loved ones. We feel privileged to live in the Colorado Mountains with you in this wonderful community, and we look forward to partnering with you and your families in your medical care.

Hours:
Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday/Sunday closed

A monthly, in-person support group, open to community members trying to cope with their chronic pain condition.
