Health4Life at Valley View is a patient-centered initiative to support lifestyle changes for better health. It provides personalized strategies to regain, maintain or improve quality of life. Referred by physicians and supervised by clinicians, patients will turn new, healthy behaviors into lifelong habits through education, exercise, nutrition and support over a period of 3-12 months. The habits learned will then be used for a lifetime. It applies directly to patients at risk for, or recovering from:
- Heart Attack
- Heart Procedures
- Chronic Bronchitis
- High Cholesterol
Heart Care supports Valley View’s Advanced Catheterization Laboratories within our 5-Star rated Heart and Vascular Center. These two new laboratories will bring world-class cardiac care to our community. For our patients, this will mean that procedures that once require several surgeries over a period of weeks (or even months) can now be performed simultaneously in a few hours. It will mean faster recovery times, decreased costs, lower risk of infection, and much less pain.
