The HMR Program for Weight Management™ at Valley View Hospital is pleased to announce that John T. Findley, M.D. has joined the staff as their medical director. Dr. Findley practices Family Medicine with Roaring Fork Family Physicians in Carbondale, Colorado. Dr. Findley also is a key player on the Valley View Hospital Wellness Team.

HMR Gold Standard Certificate of Achievement

Valley View Hospital was recently designated as a recipient of the 2009 HMR Gold Standard Certificate of Achievement.  This award distinguishes VVH from hundreds of clinics nationwide using the program for weight loss developed by Health Management Resources (HMR), a national healthcare company.

HMR recognizes programs that demonstrate excellence in performance and patient care by presenting Gold Standard Certificates annually to a select group of clinics across the nation. Certificates are awarded in categories such as greatest weight-loss rates, outstanding group attendance, and best weight maintenance data.  HMR Programs nationwide submit clinical data in these areas and the top programs are presented with the HMR Gold Standard Certificate of Achievement.
