Do you have a compliment, complaint or question about your hospital service or your bill? Call the Valley View Hospital Listening Line at: 970-384-6890 or toll-free at: 1-866-231-7678.

This service was created to facilitate valuable customer feedback and to help hospital users clear up billing and patient care issues.

The line is staffed with three full time and two part time customer service representatives.

If all lines are busy, a message may be left, which will be answered within one working day.

YRC
The Youth Recovery Center is a treatment program for youth with chemical dependency. The program is six weeks in length, serving youth from all of Colorado. It is an acute care facility, licensed by The Joint Commission and the State of Colorado. The youth are provided the opportunity to confront their addiction as well as past trauma that may be driving their use.
