Childbirth Education Classes (Full Class Series)

Class Description

The instructor covers nutrition in pregnancy, anatomy, the entire labor process, medication options, postpartum care, newborn care and parenting, breastfeeding, and car seat safety.

If you would like to enroll in one of these classes, please call 970-384-7202.

Classes will meet weekly, for 4 consecutive weeks.

Place: Glenwood Springs at Valley View Hospital in the Family Birthplace Classroom, every Wednesday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Cost is $40 per couple, which includes the book.

A Family Medicine physician or a pediatrician will attend one of each class session for questions.

A healthy meal for the homebound

Since 1992, Meals on Wheels volunteers have been delivering healthy lunches and human contact to community members who are homebound due to illness or physical challenges, or who are recovering from surgery at home.
