Class Description
Because the Express class is presented in about half the time used for the Full class, much less time is spent covering relaxation techniques.
We do cover the essentials of the entire labor process, all equipment and technology, medications, and breastfeeding.
One day session: In Glenwood Springs
Valley View Hospital Family Birthplace Classroom, Saturdays, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Cost is $40 per couple, which includes the book.
