Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Location: 2nd floor across from the
lab, through the locker rooms in Cardiac Rehab.
Please wear comfortable, loose clothing. Using practices for breath, visualization and meditation, we will work together to create an environment to help heal, restore and energize all of the body systems.
This class is open to all who are currently in treatment as well as those who have completed treatment and wish to discover a new sense of calm and fearlessness in their lives.

Please wear comfortable, loose clothing. This class uses yoga asana, breathwork, meditation/visualization and relaxation to restore our body’s natural inner radiance and vitality. Included is some discussion on yogic principles and practices for creating health through diet and lifestyle.
Open to all cancer survivors and those in treatment who are not suffering from fatigue.
Your
instructor for these classes is world class Yoga Therapist, Nova
Loverro-Sprick,
also a cancer survivor. Working with Nova are yoga therapists Diane
Agnello, RYT who worked with the Wellness Community for many
years providing instruction and care to patients of cancer, and Akaljeet,
CYT a student of Nova’s and
proven instructor.

who have completed treatment and are referred by their
rehab specialist or physician.

The instructor for this class is Nationally renowned Yoga Therapist, Diane Agnello, RYT certified through the Dr. Dean Ornish program.
