Mountain Family Health Center provides high quality health primary care to individuals and families regardless of ability to pay. Services are available on a sliding fee schedule to those without insurance. Patients with Medicare, Medicaid and Children’s Health Plan Plus are welcome.

Mountain Family Health Centers offer innovative group approaches for diabetes and prenatal care, and conducts free healthcare screenings throughout the Roaring Fork and Grand River Valleys. Watch local media for details.
