Visitation

We encourage you to stay with your child. Visiting hours for our pediatric patients and their families are flexible. We are a family-centered hospital and for this reason, we encourage you or a family member to stay with your child.

A recliner or cot can be provided to make you more comfortable while here. We do restrict the number of family members sleeping in the room with the patient at night because of fire and safety codes.

Visiting hours are from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. for friends. Rest is important for our small patients. Family care can help.

To help with your child's comfort and to maintain as close to home-like care as possible, we encourage you to help with your child's care. A little person is much more relaxed if bathed, dressed and fed by a parent.

School lessons, reading and playing games are encouraged activities.

Toys and books are available; please check out our "Pediatrics on the Move" Program.
