Valley View Hospital bills all insurance companies on your behalf.  Please provide us with accurate and timely information.  The best way for you to ensure that we bill the correct insurance company is to provide a copy of the front and back of your insurance card in one of the following ways:

 Your health insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company.  As a service to you, Valley View Hospital will bill your insurance company; however, you are responsible for any charges not covered by your benefit plan.

We encourage you to verify your benefits and participate in the billing process so your claims are paid according to your insurance plan.

Valley View Hospital bills insurance for emergency room physician charges only.  You will receive bills from the other physicians involved in your care.
