Winter & Spring Courses for 2009:

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - Full Course: Mar 11th & 12th, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., both days.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - Renewal: May 13th, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - Renewal: May 13th, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Full Course: Apr 22nd & 23rd, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., both days.
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Renewal: May 8th, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) - Full Course: May 6th & 7th, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Books are available in the Education Department on the 4th floor.

To Register:

1. Obtain the Colorado Mountain College registration form from the Staff Education folder on the P&P site.
2. Obtain Director approval and signature on the form
3. Fill out the form with your name, SS #, address, and signature
4. Return registration form to Education Department on the 4th floor.
5. You will receive confirmation for the class 1 week prior to the class.
6. If you cancel the class, you must follow the college withdrawal procedure.
7. Last day to drop is two days before the class. If the employee fails to follow this procedure, the employee will be charged for the class.
8. For Non-Employees: please go to CMC to register.
