The daily accommodations charge includes the room, general nursing care, meals, housekeeping services and the use of standard hospital equipment such as wheelchairs and stretchers.

All other charges are for items and procedures ordered by your physician such as laboratory, x-ray, respiratory therapy, EKG, etc. Such services are charged in accordance with a standard fee schedule and will be itemized on your bill.

Your physician will bill you separately for his services. Professional fees billed separately may include your primary care physician, consulting physician, radiologist, pathologist, anesthesiologist, surgeon and assistant surgeon.
