The YRC welcomes your referral. Please contact the YRC Referral and Development Coordinator at (970) 384-7484 to discuss a youth you believe would benefit from this program.

Referrals are accepted from probation officers, case workers, parents, therapists, teachers, medical professionals and adolescents themselves. A community support model is promoted in which all parties involved with the youth are encouraged to participate.
