Prepare for delivery with a one-day, childbirth education class at Valley View. Our class is a 4-hour, in depth look at labor and delivery. The following topics will be covered:
- Basics of labor
- Comfort measures
- Pain management options
- Delivery
- Breastfeeding initiation
- Early newborn care
Cost: $50 for up to two people
Location: Valley View Hospital Conference Center (located next to the café)
