Noel E. Armstrong, D.P.M., Podiatric Surgeon
Dr. Armstrong has served patients in the Roaring Fork Valley for more than ten years as a board-certified podiatrist. He specializes in sports medicine, foot and ankle biomechanics and orthotics; and foot and ankle surgery. He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine, and his residency at Kaiser Santa Clara Hospital, in California. Shortly thereafter, he moved to the valley. When he’s not caring for patients, he enjoys writing, photography, mountain biking and basketball.
Mark Kane, MPH, PA-C
Mark joined the Foot & Ankle Center at Valley View in January 2018 after relocating from northern California, where he worked in emergency medicine. He is currently working part time under Dr. Armstrong. He graduated in 2013 from Touro University in California, with master’s degrees in physician assistant studies and public health. He is a retired U.S. Marine Lieutenant Colonel and combat veteran of Operations Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom. Mark spends his free time with his wife and dog camping, mountain biking, and skiing in the Rocky Mountains.
