ABOUT DR. ADAMS
Dr. Robert Adams has been living and practicing orthopaedic medicine in the Roaring Fork Valley since 1998. He has a special interest in orthopaedics for the active person, including total joint replacement of the hip and knee. Dr. Adams has performed over 1,000 partial and complete knee replacement surgeries. He uses minimally invasive arthroscopic treatment options when appropriate.
After completing his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, he moved to his wife’s hometown of Glenwood Springs.
In his spare time Dr. Adams is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, skiing, hunting, fly fishing, snowmobiling, and paddle surfing.
