Prepare for delivery with childbirth education class at Valley View. This class providers an in depth look at labor and delivery.

Two class options:

Saturday afternoon class: 4 hours

Wednesday evening class: 2.5 hour class and it is recommended to attend both Wednesday evening classes as the topics are broken up into two sessions.

The following topics will be covered:

• Basics of labor
• Comfort measures
• Pain management options
• Delivery
• Breastfeeding initiation
• Early newborn care
