Starting Friday, April 18, 2026, Valley View is introducing MyChart, a secure patient portal and mobile app. MyChart brings your health information from all Valley View departments, practices and locations together in one convenient place—making it easier to find what you need, when you need it.

With MyChart, you can:

• Schedule medical appointments
• Message your care team
• Complete pre-appointment documentation to reduce check-in times
• View health information, including medications, allergies, test results and more
• Request medication refills
• View statements, make payments and track health care expenses securely

No action is required at this time. You will receive instructions from your provider’s office in the coming weeks on how to set up MyChart.
