Valley View has opened a new, state-of-the-art physical therapy clinic in Carbondale. The clinic brings new options for patients to receive physical, hand, pelvic floor, speech, pediatric, and occupational therapy in Carbondale.
Part of Valley View’s Outpatient Rehabilitation Services, the new Valley View Physical Therapy clinic in Carbondale offers the full-spectrum of therapy services. Staffed by experienced and local therapists, programs are individualized, one-on-one and designed to promote improvement in daily function and quality of life. The team is comprised of:

The Valley View Physical Therapy clinic in Carbondale is located at 2001 Cross Street, Unit 105 in Carbondale, next door to City Market. The clinic encompasses over 3,800 square feet and includes a cutting-edge gym and equipment.

Valley View’s Physical Therapy clinic in Carbondale is open Monday through Friday. A referral is required.
