About Caroline
Caroline Green, PA-C, is a physician assistant at ValleyOrtho who works closely with Dr. O’Connor in both the clinic and operating room. She brings broad experience in joint replacement, sports medicine and orthopedic trauma, helping care for patients across a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
Caroline earned her bachelor’s degree in integrative physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder and her Master of Health Science Physician Assistant Certificate from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut.
An active individual herself, Caroline is passionate about helping patients achieve their health goals so they can return to the activities that matter most to them.
“I want every patient I see to feel heard and supported,” she says. “It’s also important to me that people can advocate for their own health. That sense of openness and transparency is something I prioritize as a provider.”
Originally from Colorado Springs, Caroline was drawn to the Roaring Fork Valley for its peaceful atmosphere and access to the outdoors. She and her husband moved to the area in 2025. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, trail running, biking, fly-fishing and snowboarding.
