About Jenny

Jenny Connery, MD, is a primary care physician at Valley View’s Roaring Fork Family Practice. A New England native, Dr. Connery earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Middlebury College in Vermont and her medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at the University of Colorado Rose Medical Center. Before joining Valley View, Dr. Connery practiced family medicine at Aspen Medical Care, where she started in 2011.

Dr. Connery is a strong advocate for preventive care and making healthy living feel accessible—recognizing that it looks different for everyone. “I really prioritize meeting patients where they are and helping them achieve their personal goals,” she says.

She is also particularly passionate about women’s health and is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, with specialized training to guide women through perimenopause and menopause. “Being able to care for women during that stage of life is very important to me,” she says.

Outside of work, Dr. Connery enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She runs, skis and mountain bikes, and enjoys a wide range of stress reduction activities including yoga, mindfulness, baking, and her newest hobby, knitting.
