Chat Time is a FREE, DROP-IN breastfeeding support and social group
Chat Time is led by an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) or a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC).

Mondays (unless a holiday) in the Family Birthplace Family Room
Who can attend?
- Breastfeeding or chestfeeding parents.
- Mothers who are exclusively or partially breastfeeding their babies.
- Mothers who are working and pumping.
- Mothers who bottle-feed their babies.
- Mothers wanting to wean their babies.
- Pregnant people who are interested in breastfeeding.
What is offered at the group?
- Professional breastfeeding and chestfeeding counseling.
- Baby Weight checks.
- Milk transfer assessments.
- Opportunity to share experiences and make friends.
- Ask questions.
- Peer support to others interested in breastfeeding or chestfeeding.
- Open-forum discussions.
