Childbirth Education – In-Person Class

Valley View Hospital Conference Center (located next to the café)
Prepare for delivery with a one-day, childbirth education class at Valley View. Our class is a 4-hour, in depth look at labor and delivery. The following topics will be covered in the class:
- Basics of labor
- Comfort measures
- Pain management options
- Delivery
- Breastfeeding initiation
- Early newborn care
Cost is $50 for up to two people
Payment must be made in-person on the day of your class via credit card, exact cash or check. We apologize that payment is not currently accepted online at this time.

Classes are capped at 14 attendees due to safety precautions around COVID-19. You are required to wear a mask your entire duration at Valley View.
