This class will teach tools for reducing stress while undergoing a cancer diagnosis or moving on into survivorship. This class is a 4-week series every Thursday @ 11:30 April 4th -25th and requires registration.
There is no cost for this class thanks to the generous donations from community members to the Valley View Foundation.
