Dr. Simpson Featured in Glenwood Post Independent for American Heart Month

The Glenwood Post Independent recently highlighted Leo Simpson, MD, interventional and heart failure cardiologist at Valley View’s Heart and Vascular Center, in a feature for American Heart Month. In the article, Dr. Simpson discusses the prevalence of heart disease in the Roaring Fork Valley, key symptoms to watch for and the importance of preventive care.

This is a good month to focus on heart disease, especially in women, where it can present in more atypical ways.”
