Valley View to Administer Community Health Needs Assessment Survey Through Oct. 15

Who/What:
Valley View, an independent, nonprofit health system based in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, invites the community to participate in its Community Health Needs Assessment Survey. Open through Oct. 15, the survey will help Valley View in planning its programs, services and facilities to meet present and future healthcare needs of the community. By completing this survey community members can help guide Valley View in the development of healthcare services.

 Valley View conducts a community health needs assessment every three years to analyze the local healthcare needs, the use of local health care services, and overall community health in order to best serve its patients. Administered by Vertical Strategies, the survey will be digital and available in both English and Spanish.

Valley View is partnering with key community organizations and agencies to support this process including Glenwood Springs Chamber of Commerce, Carbondale Chamber of Commerce, Roaring Fork School District, Mountain Family Health Centers, Garfield County Public Health, Pitkin County Public Health, Eagle County Health, Mind Springs Health, West Mountain Regional Health, Valley Health Alliance, the City of Glenwood Springs, Valley View Roaring Fork Family Practice, Mountain Valley Developmental Services and Valley Settlement Project.

Valley View will share the Community Health Needs Assessment by January 1, 2022 at www.vvh.org.
