HealthQuest N’Balance Classes
Rediscover freedom and self-confidence in this 7-week program designed to prevent falls and improve balance. Instructors are trained and certified to educate and empower older adults to live longer, happier, healthier, and more independent lives.
Fall prevention teaches strategies to maintain balance, coordination improvement, ways to navigate around obstacles that increase the fear of falling, body awareness skills and finding your center of gravity, proper posture and gait enhancement, exercise to increase lower body and core strength, and most importantly, confidence.
Don’t let a fear of falling let you cut down your daily activities – becoming stronger decreases your chances of falling.
