Valley View Featured in Aspen Daily News for Cancer Survivorship Event

The Aspen Daily News recently featured Valley View’s Calaway-Young Cancer Center in coverage of its annual Celebrate Survivorship event held in June. Aaron Alizadeh, MD, a board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist, shared how the event brings the community together to honor survivorship as a lifelong journey and remember those who have been lost. Debbie Wilde, a local cancer survivor and patient of the Calaway-Young Cancer Center, also spoke about her own experience and the importance of community in the cancer journey.
