Valley View bills all insurance companies on your behalf. Please provide accurate and timely information. The best way to ensure the correct billing, is to provide a copy of the front and back of your insurance card in one of the following ways:

Your health insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. As a service to you, Valley View will bill your insurance company however, you are responsible for any charges not covered by your benefit plan. We encourage you to verify your benefits and participate in the billing process so your claims are paid according to your insurance plan. Valley View Hospital bills insurance for emergency room physician charges only. You will receive bills from the other physicians involved in your care.
