Areas of Focus/Advanced Certifications: Assesses and treats adults and pediatrics with receptive/expressive language delays/disorders, speech sound delays/disorders, stuttering, literacy development difficulties, feeding/swallowing, cognition, voice and motor speech disorders. My specialty trainings include DIRFloortime, Beckman Oral Motor, Sequential-Oral-Sensory (SOS) pediatric feeding, FIRST Steps for BABIES, LSVT LOUD Parkinson’s voice therapy, and neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) for swallowing.
Treatment philosophy: I believe everyone should have a voice to functionally communicate. My job is to help you do that no matter what the modality by using evidence-based practices and, most importantly, by partnering with you to target your communication goals.
