Treatment Philosophy:
I believe strongly in providing a specialized approach tailored to each individual. Most commonly, my treatment approach begins by addressing symptoms, mobility deficits, and postural faults - then implement techniques to target underperforming muscles - and finally strengthen tissues with adequate load relative to patient’s activities and goals to prevent injury and optimize longevity.
